Mark Davis has practiced law as an advocate for victims of wrongdoing since 1984.  During his career, he has successfully handled thousands of cases for clients throughout the country.  The driving force behind Mark's success has been his intense commitment to his clients. He has appeared as a lecturer at numerous seminars and other events teaching other attorneys about various areas of personal injury law.  Mark's areas of practice include defective drugs and medical devices, products liability, and personal injury litigation.

Mark received his undergraduate degree in science from Delta State University in Cleveland, Mississippi.  After graduation, Mark worked in a laboratory at a large food processing plant before returning to school.  He received his law degree from the University of Mississippi in 1984.  While he attended law school, Mark was a graduate lab instructor in the Department of Chemistry at Ole Miss.

Prior to establishing his current practice, Mark spent four years with a large litigation law firm.  He has been listed in Who's Who in Practicing Attorneys and Outstanding Men of America.  Mark was recently recognized by a national legal publication as their Litigator of the Month.

Mark is actively involved in many civic activities.  He has served on a local school board as its President.  He is also a past president of the Board of Directors of a local tennis club.
